Tammie and Michael are amazing! Day or night Tammie was available to answer any of our questions.  When Michael and Tammie came to the house before officially listing, their tips/suggestions were simple and didn’t impact our daily lives or our pocketbooks. We were worried about how much we’d have to “stage” for showings. They have realistic ideas for balancing the presentation of the house and still having a family of 6 live in it. We were so nervous about selling/buying at the same time. Trying to sync everything together looked like a nightmare, it was our biggest worry.
